Recorded Outcomes · Proof, not promises

2 production workflows.
Recorded, not projected.

Two independent production automations at a major U.S. credit union. Every number on this page is pulled from the claims ledger, verified against delivery documentation. Each outcome is reported independently — never summed, never blended.

Case studies

Two production workflows. Same client. Same discipline.

Each case study follows the same template: the stuck workflow, the sprint, what was built, and the recorded outcome with its basis disclosed. The “How we verified this” box is our signature move — no competitor makes it.

How we verify

The box no competitor makes.

Every case study includes a “How we verified this” disclosure. It works because we separate projected, observed, and verified — and never blend them.

Projected

An estimate based on defined assumptions, disclosed before the work begins. It's a hypothesis, not a result. We label it as one.

Observed

Measured during or after the sprint, but not yet independently verified. It's a data point with a source — not yet a proven outcome.

Verified

Confirmed by an independent reviewer against delivery documentation. The outcome, the basis, and the reviewer's identity are all recorded. This is the only label we call proof.

Why this matters: most consultancies merge these three into one confident claim. We keep them apart so you know exactly what you’re looking at. When design-partner rights clear and names attach, the template stays the same — only the anonymization changes.

Recorded Outcomes

Your workflow is next.

These outcomes started the same way every engagement starts: one stuck workflow, one honest read, one decision to proceed or not.
