How we handle what you send us, the rules for using this site, and how we keep it usable for everyone. Last updated 26 September 2026.
When you use a form, the Payback Lens™ or book a call: your name, work email, organization, role if you give it, and what you write about your request. When you browse: basic usage data such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location, to understand how the site is used.
To reply to your request, prepare your first read and call, send what you asked for (such as a whitepaper), and improve the site. We only send news if you tick the box to receive it, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
The first read and the Payback Lens send your text to an AI model provider to draft a response. The provider processes it on our behalf and does not use it to train its models. Everything the AI drafts is marked "AI proposed", and an Innorve engineer reviews it before anyone relies on it.
Only the services we use to run the site and reply to you: hosting, email delivery, scheduling, analytics and AI processing. Each is bound by a contract to protect your data. The current list is available on request. We don't sell or rent personal data.
Requests that don't become an engagement are deleted after 24 months. Client work is governed by the agreement we sign with you, not this notice.
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop any marketing. Where the law gives you further rights, for example in California or the EU, we honour them. First reads and other AI-drafted text help start a conversation. They are not legal, compliance, financial or professional advice, and an Innorve engineer confirms anything before we act on it.
Demo data, photos and figures marked illustrative are examples. Case studies describe past work; your results depend on your situation.
The site, the Casebook, the Opportunity Hub demo, Payback Lens™ and the Innorve name belong to Innorve. You're welcome to share links and short quotes with credit. Please don't copy or resell them.
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using it or relying on its estimates. Nothing here limits rights you can't give up by law.

Text meets contrast guidelines against its background. Every form works with a keyboard and has visible labels. Images have descriptions. Pages use one main heading and a clear heading order. Buttons and links are at least 44 pixels tall on touch screens.
If your device is set to reduce motion, scroll scenes such as the untangling line and the 30-day story show in their finished state, and nothing moves on its own.
The embedded Casebook and Opportunity Hub demos are complex apps and haven't been fully tested with screen readers. Some scroll scenes may be hard to follow with a screen magnifier. If anything gets in your way, the Contact form or an email always works.
