Both start with a free first read. Pick a fixed-fee project for one piece of work, or a monthly plan when you want engineers alongside your team.

OPTION 1 Fixed-fee project For one workflow or one piece of work. You scope it with your engineer, and we send a statement of work with the detailed scope and one fixed fee.
Priced by the work, not the clock. The fee covers the scope in the SOW however long it takes us.

OPTION 2 Extended team, monthly Engineers who work alongside your team on whatever matters most that month: new automation, fixes, reports, reviews, questions.

EVERY LAUNCH30 days of hypercare.After go-live your engineer stays on it: daily checks in week one, fast fixes, and anything that misses the agreed acceptance criteria fixed at no charge.
MONTHLY PLANSYou own everything.The code, configuration and every record in the Hub are yours. After the first three months, stop any month with 30 days’ notice.

Promises apply to the scope and acceptance criteria agreed in writing. They don’t cover delays from access we were not given, or work added after scope was agreed.

Start free. Every engagement begins with a free first read and scoping call.
Start together. 20% off when three or more institutions start through a league, association or user group. We scope the work once.
Commit for a year. 5% off monthly plans for 12 months, paid quarterly.
WHAT WE NEVER DO
Hide the price. Every quote shows the hours and the total.
Charge on projected savings. Nothing counts until it is measured and confirmed.
Bill hours you didn’t approve. Anything beyond the plan is agreed in writing first.
