We work with you to understand the request and agree an engagement that fits. You should know what is included, who is responsible and how additional work will be handled.
01 · A defined piece of work
Use a focused engagement when you need a particular review, deliverable or implementation. The proposal describes the result, assumptions, responsibilities and acceptance approach. Discovery is useful when uncertainty needs to be resolved before delivery can be responsibly priced.
02 · An ongoing relationship
When your team needs recurring advice or delivery capacity, we can agree an ongoing arrangement. Priorities and available effort are explicit. Access to a workspace does not mean that every request is automatically included or can start at once.
03 · Additional effort stays visible
We discuss work that exceeds the agreed allowance before taking it on. The engagement should state the relevant rate or price, the additional scope and who can authorize it. Itemized effort helps connect the discussion to the work performed.
04 · Separate service and technology costs
Some work uses existing licenses; other work may require software, cloud usage or supplier services. We identify those dependencies in the proposal rather than treating approved technology as automatically free to use.
The trial invitation sets out the available access and support. Paid work is agreed separately. Tell us what your team needs help with and we will discuss a proportionate starting point and prepare the appropriate scope and fees.
