At a glance
- Workflow Fit can save a session before you provide contact details.
- Use non-confidential descriptions and sanitized examples, not member records.
- Workspace and paid-engagement data have their own applicable terms.
Who this notice covers
Innorve Inc provides AI, automation, consulting, and engineering services. This notice covers our corporate website, public Workflow Fit experience, business inquiries, and related communications.
An organization's Opportunity Hub workspace and paid delivery are separate. Where we process information on the organization's instructions, its agreement and workspace notice describe that processing. This public notice does not authorize access to production systems or regulated information.
Information we handle
A name is not required to start Workflow Fit, but that does not make the session anonymous. Descriptions, technical identifiers, and files can identify people or an organization.
- Business details you provide: name, work email, institution, role, communications, and permission choices.
- Workflow context: your description, selected operating area, answers, corrections, record revisions, and permitted supporting files.
- Service records: session and private-link identifiers, timestamps, submission status, booking details, and email-delivery records.
- Technical information: browser and network information handled to operate and protect the service, plus limited intake-stage events and elapsed time.
- Booking and preparation information: details you give the scheduler, a reference linking the booking to your inquiry, and permitted research about your institution.
Keep sensitive information out of public intake
Describe the process, not an identifiable member. Do not submit passwords, account numbers, member records, production exports, cardholder data, or confidential customer documents through Workflow Fit.
Use synthetic or appropriately sanitized examples you are authorized to share. An upload feature is not permission to transfer confidential information. File checks cannot guarantee that sensitive content will be removed. Deeper discovery requires an approved channel and the appropriate agreement.
Why we use information
We use relevant information to prepare and discuss your Fit Record, respond to an inquiry, arrange a conversation, maintain appropriate business records, secure the service, and understand whether the intake is working well.
Workflow Fit now gives you a blueprint before asking for contact details. The scheduling link opens Microsoft Bookings, where you provide your contact details and choose a time. You choose whether to copy the call brief into its special-requests field. Opening the page does not confirm a booking or authorize research.
Where external AI is enabled, a separate optional choice permits sending your sanitized description and follow-up answers to OpenRouter and its selected model provider to organize the draft. Without that choice, this flow uses guided interpretation without an external AI request. Provider routing requests no data collection and zero data retention; actual provider terms, eligibility, and processing locations still require operational review.
Submitting a problem is not blanket permission to train models on it. Our proposed policy is no sale of personal information, no targeted-advertising use of submitted workflow content, and no general-purpose model training on submissions. Provider terms, routing, logging, and settings must be verified before those commitments become effective.
Providers and other recipients
Authorized Innorve personnel and approved providers may process information needed for hosting, storage, security, scheduling, communications, and any disclosed document or AI processing. Information you enter directly into an external scheduler is also subject to that service's notice.
A technology partner logo is not a list of recipients and does not authorize sending your information to that partner. The deployed provider inventory and processing locations remain part of the publication review; we are not claiming US-only residency or that every planned Hub provider processes public Workflow Fit submissions.
Information may also need to be disclosed for applicable legal obligations, security and rights protection, confidential professional advice, or a corporate transaction with appropriate safeguards.
Retention is different from access expiry
The current implementation sets initial Fit session access to expire after seven days. The earlier contact-capture API remains for existing records and sets a one-year deadline for the lead record and private link. The revised public flow does not call it or extend retention when you open Microsoft Bookings. These are configured deadlines, not verified deletion guarantees.
The publication review must establish actual deletion across records, uploaded files, extracted text, providers, and backups. Shorter retention for uploaded evidence is proposed but has not been implemented. Limited records may need separate retention for legal obligations, security, disputes, or honoring marketing opt-outs.
A private Fit Record URL grants access to whoever possesses it. Do not forward it to unauthorized people. Contact us if a link is exposed. Clearing your browser or letting a link expire does not erase every stored record.
Your choices and requests
Contact [email protected] with Privacy request in the subject to ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion, or change communication preferences. Please do not send sensitive records or identity documents in the initial email.
Applicable rights, verification, exceptions, and response periods depend on the information and relevant law. We may need to verify your identity or organizational authority. Requests about customer-controlled workspace data may need to go through the organization, with our assistance under its agreement.
If a request is declined, ask for further review by replying to the decision or using Privacy appeal as your email subject. Applicable regulator and other legal rights are unaffected. The operating process and jurisdiction-specific notices must be finalized before publication.
Security, children, and updates
No system is completely secure. Our Trust page explains assurance and delivery boundaries; it is not a guarantee that all products or configurations are covered by the same audit.
This business website is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
An effective notice will identify its date and provide additional notice or consent where required for material changes. A later notice does not silently authorize incompatible reuse of earlier submissions.
Let’s make it clear.
