Discovery Sprint · Make the decision

Make the build decision before funding the build.

A focused engagement that turns one to three candidate workflows into a defensible route: stop, simplify, activate, compose, build, or defer. The output is useful even when the answer is no-build.

We test the opportunity, not just the technology.

The pod studies the current workflow, operating consequence, process variation, data and integration reality, policy and control boundaries, human authority, adoption conditions, and how success will be measured.

01
Opportunity decision

A ranked view of the candidate workflows and the evidence behind the route.

02
Current and future state

The way work actually moves today and the smallest responsible target state.

03
Delete and simplify findings

Waste, unclear ownership, policy friction, and data defects to address before automation.

04
Solution blueprint

Requirements, architecture, integration, human decision and control matrix, and tool boundaries.

05
Evaluation and acceptance

Test cases, failure modes, success thresholds, rollback, and sign-off roles.

06
Build recommendation

Scope, estimate, dependencies, RAID, operating ownership, and a build/no-build/defer decision.

The sprint has more than one successful ending.

Proceed to First Build is one valid result. So are simplify first, activate an existing capability, resolve a dependency, or stop. A no-build decision made early can be one of the highest-value outcomes.

Qualify before the sprint

Bring the workflow. We will first tell you whether deeper discovery appears justified.

Start with the problem. We will help you clarify the work and find a useful next step. No production access. No platform commitment.
