Working together, clearly

Website terms

The boundaries for using Innorve's public website and Workflow Fit.

Review edition · Version 0.1 · Prepared

At a glance

  • A form submission or booked call is not a paid engagement.
  • You retain rights in your submissions; use only material you may share.
  • Software trials and paid delivery require their separate agreements.

Website, workspace, and paid work are separate

These proposed terms cover Innorve's public website and Workflow Fit. Client workspaces, trials, software, and consulting require their own applicable agreements.

Browsing, describing a problem, booking a call, or receiving a workspace invitation does not authorize fees, production access, integrations, or deployment. Scope, fees, acceptance criteria, and the next phase of paid work are agreed in writing.

Use the site responsibly

Use the site for lawful purposes and provide only information you have authority to share.

  • Do not submit member records, credentials, production exports, or confidential customer documents to public intake.
  • Do not upload malicious files, impersonate others, or infringe their rights.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, harvest private records, bypass controls, or disrupt the service.

Information and automated assistance

Website material is general business information, not individualized legal, regulatory, financial, lending, or compliance advice. Examples and projected benefits are not guarantees of savings, suitability, approval, or production readiness.

Workflow Fit helps organize a problem for review. Proposed classifications, questions, and summaries can be incomplete or wrong. Review and correct them. They do not determine a member's rights, approve a loan, release a payment, or replace an authorized person's decision.

Recorded past delivery does not mean every described feature is available in the Hub trial. Illustrations and roadmap concepts are not evidence of a deployed integration.

Your material and our content

You retain your rights in your submissions. The proposed permission to Innorve is limited to hosting, processing, displaying to authorized participants, and using the material for the inquiry or agreed service. It is not unrestricted permission to publish your story, resell your material, or train general-purpose models on it.

Innorve and its licensors retain rights in their website content, branding, and pre-existing tools. You may view and link to public pages for business evaluation and make other uses permitted by law. Other reuse may require permission. Third-party names and marks remain their owners' property.

Ownership and maintenance rights for client deliverables belong in the signed statement of work. Website terms do not transfer ownership of third-party platforms or override an existing client agreement.

External services and availability

External services have their own terms and privacy practices. Mentioning a platform does not guarantee its suitability, licensing, access, or endorsement of a particular solution.

The public website does not include a contracted production uptime or incident-response SLA. Maintenance, changes, or restrictions on abusive access do not remove obligations under an executed client agreement.

Changes and questions

An approved version will identify its effective date. Updates to website terms do not unilaterally amend signed engagements or remove rights and responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
