A useful extended-team relationship connects priorities to the people available to do the work. We agree what Innorve will take on, identify dependencies and keep a clear view of what is active, waiting or ready for review.

Requests can include analysis, documentation, technology questions, configuration, workflow changes and implementation tasks. The arrangement defines the available expertise and effort; it does not promise unlimited fulfillment.

A named lead for the engagement

Your lead coordinates the work and helps bring in the relevant skills. When engineering is required, a forward-deployed engineer works with your operating and technology teams to understand the context and deliver the agreed change.

The role can include design, integration, testing and handoff within its scope. It is a way to connect delivery to the institution's work, not a claim that every request needs a dedicated engineer.

Visible priorities and effort

We discuss which requests fit the current allowance, which should wait and which require separate scope. Necessary preparation, meetings, delivery and review all consume real team capacity. Additional work is discussed before exceeding an agreed allowance.

Completion includes a handoff

For a working document, completion may mean a reviewed final version. For engineering, it should include acceptance, appropriate documentation, exceptions and the named operating owner. Production support is defined separately when needed.
