Make responsible AI use part of the way work gets done

Help your teams understand where AI is used, who owns it, what information it touches and how its results should be reviewed.

Begin with the uses you can identify

Create an inventory of declared AI tools and use cases, including vendor features and internal experiments. Record their purpose, users, data, proposed actions and accountable owners. A declared inventory is a starting point; it does not by itself prove complete discovery of all AI use.

Match the review to the consequences

A drafting tool and a system affecting a member decision require different scrutiny. Work through data access, source quality, vendor responsibilities, human review and failure handling for the actual use case. Your institution determines its risk appetite and acceptance decisions.

Turn principles into working records

Useful deliverables can include an ownership register, review questions, use-case decisions, control gaps and a prioritized improvement plan. The aim is material that teams can maintain and use when a tool or workflow changes.

Keep governance active

An ongoing arrangement can support inventory updates, periodic review, evidence organization and tracking of agreed actions. Define the portfolio, effort, cadence and responsibilities. A recurring service does not automatically include round-the-clock monitoring or incident response.

Connect governance and technical security

Technical tools may support discovery, monitoring or enforcement where their capabilities are verified and appropriate. We help define what the institution needs, what the provider supplies and how the pieces will be operated. Product selection and licensing are part of a separate scoped discussion.

Start with a practical review

Bring an AI use your team is evaluating or an existing tool that needs clearer ownership. We can discuss a proportionate review and the evidence needed for the next decision.

Common questions

Questions people ask

Can this cover AI we already use?

Yes. The scope can address existing tools and vendor features as well as proposed Innorve work.

Does this certify compliance?

No. Governance support helps organize review and evidence. Your institution retains its responsibilities, and any independent assurance or legal advice needs the appropriate separate scope.

Can security software replace governance?

A product can support specific controls. It does not replace ownership, decisions, operating procedures or evidence review.
