Connect the information and actions the work depends on
When teams bridge systems by copying data or checking several screens, the useful change may be a supported integration or a focused internal application.
Start with the record and the responsibility
Determine which system owns each record, which information is needed and who is authorized to change it. A technically available connection is not automatically an approved business action.
We examine the actual interfaces and environment. Options may include vendor-supported APIs, approved connectors, scheduled file exchange or a small application that coordinates work. Legacy UI automation can be assessed where appropriate, with its operating limitations made explicit.
Build around the real workflow
An integration should explain what triggers it, how records are matched, what happens on a duplicate and how failures are surfaced. An internal tool should make the user's decision easier, with relevant context and a clear route for exceptions.
Examples include moving an approved request between work queues, assembling data for a reconciliation or presenting a review checklist from several sources. We do not assume universal connectors or instant access to a core system.
Test the edges
Validate permissions, representative data, missing fields, retries and recovery. Test cases that should be rejected as well as cases that should succeed. Agree release responsibilities and a rollback or recovery approach suitable for the change.
Leave an operating owner
Document the interfaces, dependencies, monitoring and support responsibilities. The handoff should make clear what your team can maintain and where vendor or specialist support is needed. Ongoing service has a defined scope.
Bring a concrete handoff
Tell us which teams and systems are involved, what information they exchange and where manual bridging causes difficulty. We can help determine whether configuration, vendor assistance or engineering is the useful next step.

Questions people ask
Can you integrate with our core or loan system?
We need to verify the specific product, version, supported interface, entitlement and permissions. A platform name alone is not enough to promise integration.
Who owns the code and data?
The engagement should specify ownership of customer-specific work, pre-existing components, third-party licenses and handoff rights.
